Ebooks are an excellent medium for sharing marketing information, ideas, techniques, and expert knowledge. And with the number of people accessing the Internet increasing daily, your ebook exposure increases incrementally.
Books in print have their own special qualities and merits, but ebooks have a big advantage in that they are fairly easy to produce and their production cost is low. You don’t need a publisher, an agent, a printing press, offset film, ink, paper, or even a distributor. You just need a great concept, the ability to write it (or hire a writer), and the right software.
In addition, ebooks are easy to update. All you need to do is go into your original creation and modify the text or graphics. Because of this flexibility, ebooks can change and grow as fast as you can type.
Ebooks are also immediately obtainable, which means all your customers have to do is click the download button on your website and presto! The ebook is on their computer, ready to be read.
Plus, ebooks are interactive. This is one of the most unique and specific qualities that ebooks offer. You can include surveys that need to be filled out, order forms for customers to purchase your products or goods, sound and video to draw your reader into the virtual world of your ebook, even direct links to relevant sites that will expand your ebook outward. The potential is virtually limitless.
All that’s required is for you to figure out your market, write your book, post it on your website, and with the right business savvy, your audience will come to you.
There are innumerable ways to use your ebook to promote your business and drive quality traffic to your website:
Offering short, free ebooks about various segments of your online business allows you to learn what your customers want. The more people download a particular ebook, the better idea you will have of what they are looking for. Then you can publish and sell a complete ebook that expands on the subject.
Make sure to keep your ebook current. Update it frequently as the market and trends change. Add new advice and techniques to show your prospects how your goods or services can benefit them. By constantly keeping abreast of new trends and techniques, you can continue to see profits from your ebook for years after your original creation.
As an ebook author, you not only bolster your reputation on the internet, but you will also be seen as an expert in your field.

Facebook can be a powerful networking tool for your business – when it’s used correctly.
However, of the hundreds of people who are using Facebook for business, 95% of them don’t have a clue about what they’re doing.

Plus, it shows you all the things you need to avoid so you don’t end up looking like a spammer or get your account disabled. It reveals the hidden traps and common mistakes that most people make when they first start using Facebook.

Today I was cleaning out old files on my computer and came across an ebook by Jay Abraham that I downloaded back in 2003! It’s called “Fast Cash Generators” and even though it’s 5 years old, the information it contains about succeeding in business is still relevant today.
The contents are geared towards brick-and-mortar businesses, but nearly all of the techniques he describes can be modified to work for online businesses as well.
Not familiar with Jay Abraham? He’s the founder and CEO of the Abraham Group. Inc. (based in Los Angeles, CA). For over 25 years, he’s been significantly increasing the bottom line of clients worldwide. Through his uncanny ability to see overlooked opportunities and underperforming areas, he’s able to guide businesses to amazing profits.
He’s been featured in such publications as USA Today, New York Times, Los Angeles Times, Washington Post, San Francisco Chronicle, among others. He’s truly an icon in the business and marketing world.
As a visitor to my blog, I’m offering this ebook to you as a FREE download. You can access “Fast Cash Generators” here.
Are you a rebel? A non-conformist? Are you open to and like to try new ideas?
Or do you follow the pack and base your actions on what everyone else is doing?
If you identify yourself with the former, then you’ll LOVE the principles behind the teaching in Alicia Dawes Ebook, Desperate Buyers Only.
Alicia is definitely a rebel. But it’s because what she has tried … WORKS!
When writing information products, you are usually urged to choose a topic, find out how popular the topic is by researching keywords, go to Google and check out your competition and then, if all your research proves favorable, you write your Ebook and hope you’ll have buyers.
In other words, create the product … and then find the people who will purchase it.
As Alicia puts it, “this oft followed logic is as wrong as two left feet.”
In her Ebook, Desperate Buyers Only, she goes into a very detailed explanation why she believes this way.
I love this book! I haven’t purchased a book in a looooong time that has provided such solid, workable information for making money.
Let me tell you a little more about it.
I do need to mention one thing. This is NOT a book that shows you how to ‘make money overnight’ by doing little to no work. You will have to do research. You will have to think. And you will have to write (or hire someone to write for you).
If this is not your cup of tea, you should probably stop reading now.
However, if you are tired of …
Then you will definitely want to visit Alicia’s site and read more about Desperate Buyers Only.
BTW, I’m not just ’selling’ here. I’m writing an Ebook using the principles that Alicia presents — and I can’t wait to put it on the market because I know my readers are ’desperate’ for the information I’ll be sharing. :-)
