About 2-3 weeks ago, I started using a new autoresponder service. Up until that time, I had been using a software program that I purchased to send out my newsletter and various autoresponses. It’s a very good program (Mail Machine Pro) and I have no complaints. In fact, I’m still using it for some of my other websites. Support has been phenomenal!

However, for various reasons, I decided to switch to an autoresponder service for my Writing-Etc.com website.

If you have questions or problems, you can contact them by phone, live online chat, or email. And response is fast.

In other words, they provide Customer Service in capital letters!
